Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee on Saturday hammered the Congress for making Prime Minister Narendra Modi (and the BJP) "all the more remarkable" by going about as the party's marketing specialist, and seemed to preclude any chance of a union with the GOP in front of races in Goa one year from now.
